Adding Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on to your account will help ensure that there is an added layer of security to help ensure a high level of security for your data. When you setup MFA, you will be prompted to provide a One-Time Password (OTP) from an authenticator app at regular intervals.

If you have a Club Account or Institution Account, you will be prompted to set up MFA from the yellow banner at the top of your screen.

After clicking the banner, you will need to setup MFA through the following steps:

  • Download a TOTP authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator on to you mobile device. These apps will help you generate the OTP you will need to provide once you have setup MFA.

  • In your authenticator app:

    1. Select the '+' or 'Add account' option.

    2. Select the option to 'Scan QR code'.

    3. Scan the QR code shown on the screen to add your SportFin account.

  • Enter the OTP shown in your authenticator app to verify your device and finish setting up MFA.
