SportFin Family Accounts
We understand the importance of convenient access when managing your children’s sports activities. For this reason, we have added the Family Accounts feature.
What does a family account help you do?
You can now manage all of your children's accounts from the one adult account. If you are a parent booking in multiple children into sport activities this feature is designed for you. You can now easily book all your kids to activities in one go and manage their bookings from the same place.
If you already have an adult SportFin account:
Login to your existing adult SportFin account.
If you have added child accounts in the past and added the Emergency contact email for those child accounts as your SportFin account's email, you will find all your child accounts listed here:
If you have not previously added a child account, you can add a new child by pressing the 'Add Child' button shown below:
If you do not currently have a adult SportFin account:
Simply register for a SportFin account and fill in all the required information.
You'll be able to add multiple children to the account.
Press the '+ Add Child Account' each time you want to add a new child while registering each child during the signup process.
All you need to do is provide some basic information and you're good to go.
Ensure you fill in the emergency contact information as this is essential information to keep your child safe at activities.
Once, you have added all of your children press 'Create Accounts' to complete your family account registration.
This new feature helps to make the life of families booking activities a little bit easier by streamlining the booking process. So you can focus on what matters - having fun with your kids and encouraging your children’s athletic development.
Can I book multiple children into an activity?
You can now manage your children on your adult account. You can book multiple children and yourself onto an activity in one go if you are their parent or guardian.
