When you create an activity on our platform, you have the ability to manage all the participants who have registered for it. This can be done through the 'Individuals Registered/Paid for this Activity' section on the activity page.
To access this section, simply navigate to the activity page and scroll down to the 'Individuals Registered/Paid for this Activity' section. Here, you will see a list of all the individuals who have registered for the activity.
Marking Participants as Paid
If you are a club administrator or staff member, you have the ability to mark participants as paid for the activity. This can be done by toggling the checkboxes in the 'Paid at venue' column. This will help you keep track of who has paid and who still needs to pay.
Viewing Participant Information
By clicking on the 'View >' link under the 'Profile' column, you can view their information and activity details. This can be helpful if you need to contact a participant or check their information.
You can also view consents and additional information provided by individuals when they booked into the activity here.
Cancelling or Refunding Participants
In some cases, you may need to cancel or refund a participant's registration for an activity. This can be done by clicking the 'x' button in the 'Refund/Cancel' column next to their name.
This will open a pop-up asking your confirmation of cancellation. If the participant needs to be refunded, make sure you have enough balance left in your stripe account. If you do not have enough balance, you cannot refund and cancel an activity.
To add balance to your account, simply log-in to you stripe account and add a 'Top up'. Here is an article that details the steps.
