A quick guide for managing activity waitlist

When an activity reaches its maximum bookings limit, participants and parents will be prompted to join the waitlist for the activity. This ensures that you don't miss out on potential bookings and can easily manage your capacity.

Managing the Waitlist

As a club administrator or staff member, you have the ability to view the waitlist for each activity and manage it accordingly. To view the waitlist, click the 'Waitlist' button in the activity page, just above the activity register.

In the waitlist pop-up, you will be able to see a list of individuals who have joined the waitlist for this activity. If there are any cancellations, you can easily add bookings for these individuals by selecting participants from the waitlist pop-up and clicking 'Add to activity'.

That's it! The selected participants will now be added to the bookings list for this activity.
