Creating a Family Account on SportFin
SportFin now allows you to create family accounts and manage multiple child accounts through one single adult account. This feature makes it easier for parents or guardians to book activities for their children without having to log in and out of multiple accounts. Plus, you'll only need to remember one set of login credentials for all your accounts!
What is a Family Account?
A family account is a unique feature on SportFin that allows a group of accounts to be linked together. This group will have one main adult account and multiple child accounts. The adult account will have the ability to manage and book activities for the child accounts.
This feature is especially useful for families with multiple children who participate in activities or for caregivers who manage activities for multiple children (Read more here).
Booking Activities for Your Children
In addition to managing your child accounts through your adult account, you can also book activities for all your children in one go. Here's how:
Navigate to an activity page
Click on 'Join Activity':
Select which individuals need to be booked on to the activity:
Book them on to the activity.
It's that easy! Your children are now booked for the activity and you can easily manage their attendance through your adult account.
