How to Add Multiple Check-Ins at Once
Adding multiple check-ins at once can save you time and effort when importing data about who attended which activities into SportFin. Follow the steps below to add multiple check-ins at once.
1. Navigate to 'Club Management'
To begin, navigate to the 'Club Management' section of your club's account. This can usually be found in the sidebar of your club account (or the calendar icon at the bottom of your screen in mobile or tablet.
2. Open Check-Ins Importer Tool
Once you are in the 'Club Management' section, click on the 'Manage Check-Ins' button, then 'Add More'. This will take you to a page where you can add multiple check-ins for your club (Check-Ins Importer Tool).
Alternatively, you can get to the Check-Ins Importer Tool from Club Management by clicking 'Add Data' and then 'Add Check-Ins' in the pop-up.
3. Select Your Check-Ins
You can now select the check-ins you want to add by ticking the checkboxes next to each user's name and activity. You can select as many check-ins as you need.
You can also bulk select/unselect check-ins by holding down the 'Shift' key when you select check-ins.
You can search for participants and activities from the search bars provided. Type in the name of a participant or activity and click on 'Filter Results'.
4. Click on 'Add Check-Ins'
Once you have selected all of your check-ins, click on the 'Add Check-Ins' button to create them. Your check-ins will now be added to your club's records.
