To add participant details to your SportFin Club account, navigate to 'Club Management' then select the 'People' tab.
From here find the 'Club Members/Participants' section and click on the 'Add Members' button, and then click on 'Invite'.
Inviting participants/parents
You can add participants by either:
Inviting them to manage their own account and information.
Adding their information through a form.
To invite by link simply, click on the copy button next to the link the shows up in the pop-up and share it to participants/parents.
To invite by email:
type emails in the textbox show below
add a comma (',') after each email (you can also copy and paste comma separated emails into the textbox at once)
click invite
Once you click on invite, emails get sent with an invite link to join SportFin and provide information to your account.
What the links do
The links ask participants/parents to create SportFin accounts for themselves and their children and provide their information to your club account.
