Adding additional administrators and staff/volunteers to your sport club is simple task that will help ease your workload.

Watch this walkthrough on the different ways you can invite staff to SportFin organisation account.

How to invite staff

  • Navigate to 'Club Management' and select the 'People' tab.

  • Choose either the 'Add Admins' or 'Add Staff' button depending on which staff member you want to invite.

  • Type in or copy and paste the emails of the staff you want to invite to make an account/have a staff account.

  • Press the invite button and they will receive an invite to join SportFin as a member of staff.

  • You have the option to pre-fill details for the staff/administrator by choosing the 'Add' option.

Adding staff manually

  • You have the option to manually add your staff details and this will automatically add them as a member of staff once you have filled in the required information.

  • The invited staff/administrator will receive a link that will add them to your club account once they set up their SportFin account.

  • They will be taken to a link to a sign-up page below and will need to fill in the details shown on the walkthrough below.
