SportFin's CRM system offers powerful tools for you to slice and dice your data to fully understand the people you are engaging, attendance at your activities and to build insight into your bookings. This is a quick guide to filtering data on the SportFin CRM.
Filtering People Data
To filter people data, follow these steps:
Go to 'Club Management' > 'People'
Below the headings of each participant group, you will find filter dropdowns
Click on one of these dropdowns, choose your filters and click the 'Filter' button to filter the data
Filtering Attendance Data
To filter attendance data, follow these steps:
Go to 'Club Management'
Click 'Manage Check-Ins' button at the top of the screen
In the pop-up that shows, you can choose activity and user filters
Once you choose them, click 'Filter' to filter attendance data
You can select multiple user and activity filters by holding 'Ctrl/Cmd' and selecting activities. You can also search users and activities by typing in the filter bar:
Filtering Bookings Data
To filter bookings data, follow these steps:
Go to 'Club Management' > 'Activities'
Click the 'View/Manage Bookings' button next to 'Activity Schedule'
In the pop-up that shows, you can choose activity and user filters
Once you choose them, click 'Filter' to filter bookings data
You can select multiple user and activity filters by holding 'Ctrl/Cmd' and selecting activities. You can also search activities by typing in the filter bar:
