A quick guide to creating surveys and collecting feedback on SportFin

SportFin offers a variety of features to help you analyse the impact of your sports programmes. One of these features is the ability to create surveys and collect data from your participants and volunteers. This allows you to gain valuable insights and make informed decisions for future events.

To create a survey on SportFin, log in to your SportFin account and navigate to your impact analytics tab and then go to 'Reporting'. On this page click on the "Create Survey" button.

Give your survey a title to get started. Then, click on the 'Add question' button to add a question to your survey. You can add questions such as open-ended short-answer or long-answer questions, single and multiple choice questions or rating scale (Stars) questions.

If you choose to single or multiple choice questions, you can add options for your questions by clicking the 'Add' button:

Once you have finished creating your survey, click on the "Save" button.

Your survey is now ready to be shared with participants and volunteers. To share the survey, click on the "πŸ”—" button to copy the survey link and share the link with your desired audience.

To view your survey responses, click on one of the surveys and navigate to the 'Responses' tab. You can also run analytics on the data collected from the survey by clicking on the "Analytics" tab.

That's it! You have successfully created and shared a survey with SportFin. Now you can use the data and insights gathered to improve your future events and make them even more impactful.
