Before you can process any payments through SportFin, you will need to create an account with our payment processor Stripe.
Start this process by going to 'Club Management' tab and selecting the red notice button notifying you that your sport club can't receive payments.
Creating a stripe account
If you are a first-time user, you will be prompted to create an account with our payment processor stripe.
You will need to fill out registration/incorporation/association information for anti-money laundering and fraud protection checks.
You will need to complete the required information.
The final step is to connect your stripe account to your club's SportFin account. Once connected, you will be able to accept payments from your club account.
Connecting an existing stripe account
If you already have an existing stripe account, you can log in to that account, and you will be asked if you wish to connect that existing account to SportFin.
You will also have the option to create a new stripe account as well, if you wish to do so.
Once you have completed setting up your account, you will automatically be redirected back to SportFin where you can now begin to process payments for your sport club.
